Do you find yourself constantly battling with self-doubt, fear, and self-sabotage? Are you tired of feeling like you’re not living up to your full potential? Well, look no further because we’ve got just the thing for you!

We were thrilled to have the opportunity to chat with the phenomenal Patty Dominguez on her “Positioning to Profit” podcast. Our discussion focused on the complex and challenging world of the Imposter Syndrome, self-sabotage, fear, and the importance of seeking help.

We have more than 25 years of experience in helping people, and during our work, we have learned how to give practical advice on how to handle those automatic negative thoughts (or ANTs) that tend to hold us back. Our main challenge is to stop believing the lies our inner critic tells us, so that we can use our energy to pursue our goals instead of being held back by fear of being exposed as a fraud.

During our conversation, we also shared inspiring and relatable stories of working with female clients who have struggled with seeking help, fearful of being seen as fraudulent. We reminded listeners that growth and development require the right tools and resources, and there is no shame in asking for help along the way.

We stressed that there isn’t a magic “cure” for the Imposter Syndrome, but it is possible to learn how to respond when it rears its ugly head. By seeing the Imposter Syndrome as a place where you are stuck, letting go of the idea that there is something wrong with you, adopting the right mindset, seeking support, and taking action, we can power past self-sabotage and unlock our full potential both personally and professionally.

We hope that our conversation on “Positioning to Profit” inspires listeners to start their journey of development and ask for help when they need it to become who they are meant to be!
